What to do if you are pleased with our work

Please let your occupational therapist/case manager know by phone, e-mail or letter, or inform your solicitor so that we can continue to help other people in the future. Alternatively simply fill in the feedback form below. Please let us know if you are happy for us to share this feedback on our testimonials page.

What to do if you are not pleased with our work

Our objective is to deliver successful treatment, achieving goals within the parameters of rehabilitation, whilst adhering to our profession’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. This can be viewed on the RCOT website: Royal College of Occupational Therapists – Championing occupational therapy (rcot.co.uk).  Standards of proficiency for occupational therapy can also be viewed on the HCPC website: The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

If it is felt that we are not working to our professional standards, we need to be informed. This will help us to improve our standards and ensure that you experience only the best service in the future.
